Confirmed: Extra hour added to LOSTs Final Season

DigitalSpy have confirmed (via. Entertainment Weekly) that the final season of LOST will run 18 episodes, with a two-part opener and series finale, 1 episode more than the original deal of 17 episodes set out in 2007.
