In Update #1 there was a quote from Carlton saying that his most missed character is Mr. Eko, here is the video!
I say Bring Back Shannon!
It’s Comic-Con time again!
Every year Lost has been running, the producers and (sometimes!) actors have shown up at Comic-Con to host a 1 hour panel discussing the previous season of the show, clearing up some of the questions since the finale and they always give us a sneak peak into the future of the show.
Last year Damon and Carlton previewed a video of a mysterious Dharma station named “The Orchid” - which featured heavilly in the Season 4 finale… nearly 10 months later! They also broke the news that Harold Perrineau (Michael) would be returning to the show, only to kill him off… 10 months later!
Yesterday Lost executive producer and co-creator Damon Lindelof and show-runner Carlton Cuse took part in a “TV Showrunners” panel along with Chuck’s Josh Schwartz, Pushing Daisies’ Bryan Fuller, and The Sarah Connor Chronicles’ Josh Friedman, you can read more about what they had to say by clicking the link below.
The UK Edition of “Lost: The Complete Fourth Season - The Expanded Experience” will hit UK shores on the 27th of October, 2008. A month a half before the American release!
Amazon UK are also advertising a UK Blu-Ray edition of the release, which would be the first time Lost has been released in the UK on Blu-Ray.
There has not been a full press release with all correct extras released yet, only the working titles posted earlier in the year.
I did promise a fellow Lost fan that I would partake in a link exchange, and promptly forgot all about it. At the moment we have no links section so I thought I’d post the link here.

2 weeks to go!
Ok first of all before I go on I’ll apologise for a lack of a review for “Greatest Hits” and the finalé, “Through the Looking Glass”. “Greatest Hits” for me was the weakest episode in a long while and I wasn’t really motivated to talk about it much. As for the final episodes, there’s just too much to talk about! So instead of a proper review just a few opinions here. Before watching these episodes I was quite dissapointed to hear there would be 48 more episodes of Lost. I wanted one more season to wrap things up, it felt right. Any more and it’d go the way of 24 and X-Files, too much filler material to milk the franchise for money. Now? Just take a look at the forums. I thought there were plenty of questions and theories before, now there are more than twice as many. It’s not so much that the premise of the show has changed, more like the sudden revelation that seasons 1-3 were just the introduction of Lost, setting up the characters and factions. The grander scheme of events is on the horizon. The people on the frieghter went to a lot of effort to locate the island, it must hold plently more secrets. So a boring flashback of Jacks. That is until we realise it’s a flash-foward. So they do get of the island! But it doesn’t seem like it was the best outcome after-all. Do they all make it off? If so, at what cost? Kate seems better off than Jack, but how did she escape her past as a murderer? Who was in the coffin that only Jack would be concerned about? And Christian Shepard, alive? So many of the events are open to interpretation. This is why it’s to hard to summarise this episode, and why I’m avoiding this. Head onto the forums and join in the discussion. We haven’t seen this much activity in months and it gives me great hope for seasons 4, 5 and 6. Before I sign off I will have my personal indulgence and say the best bit of the entire thing was Hurley rocketing out of the jungle in the VW, mowing down Others. I felt so sad for him being turned down twice for offering his help, it was a brilliant moment to see him be the real hero!
-The four toed statue is very very important but wont be addressed till season 4.
-Walt or Michael will make an appearance by the end of this season.
-One two or three people may die. just thought you’d like to know.
